A pre-hearing conference in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for Friday, March 27, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., concerning Shadding Reach Road, LLC’s application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to construct a 4.5 MW solar photovoltaic generating facility in Kent County, Maryland.
