This informational meeting concerns Simpers Road, LLC’s application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to construct a 3.875 MW solar photovoltaic generating facility located at 60 North Simpers Road, Elkton, Maryland. The meeting will begin with a brief presentation by the developer, who will then be available for comments and answer questions.

Written comments on the proposed Project may be submitted electronically or by first-class mail. Commenters utilizing the e-file system are required to complete a one-time registration. All comments must include a reference to Case No. 9844.
