NOTICE OF PRE-HEARING CONFERENCE

BEFORE THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF MARYLAND

 APPLICATION OF SCCS 2, LLC’S APPLICATION FOR A CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY TO CONSTRUCT A 4.125 MW SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC GENERATING FACILITY IN ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND

CASE No. 9878

A pre-hearing conference in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., concerning SCCS 2, LLC’s application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to construct a 4.125 MW solar photovoltaic generating facility in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. The Project is anticipated to occupy approximately 24.4 acres of a 28.8-acre property located at 1563 Governors Bridge Road, Davidsonville, Anne Arundel County, Maryland, described by Tax Map 54, Parcel 86.

At the pre-hearing conference, any preliminary matters and the establishment of a procedural schedule will be discussed. The pre-hearing conference will be held virtually and streamed live for viewing via the PULJ Division’s YouTube Channel. http://www.youtube.com/@mdpscpuljs327. 

Petitions to intervene must be filed on or before Thursday, July 30, 2026, and may be filed electronically through the Commission’s website at https://psc.maryland.gov or sent by first-class mail to the Commission’s Executive Secretary, Andrew S.
