NOTICE OF PRE-HEARING CONFERENCE

BEFORE THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF MARYLAND

IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF SIMPERS ROAD, LLC FOR A CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY TO CONSTRUCT A 3.875 MW SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC GENERATING FACILITY IN CECIL COUNTY, MARYLAND

A pre-hearing conference in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., concerning Simpers Road, LLC’s application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to construct a 3.875 MW solar photovoltaic generating facility in Cecil County, Maryland.
