THE APPLICATION OF SHADDING REACH ROAD, LLC FOR A CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC

CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY TO CONSTRUCT A 4.5 MW SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC

GENERATING FACILITY IN KENT COUNTY, MARYLAND

A Public Meeting in the above-entitled matter will be held at the Galena Fire Department located at 90E Cross Street, Galena, MD 21635, and are scheduled as follows:

Tuesday, December 9 th from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

The meetings concern Shadding Reach Road, LLC’s upcoming application for a certificate of public

convenience and necessity to construct a 4.5 MW solar photovoltaic generating facility in Kent County,

Maryland. The meeting will begin with a brief presentation by the developer, who will then be available

for comments and questions.
